About the Instructor
Hi, I'm Lauren!
I was born and raised in Montana but have lived in Arizona for over 10 years. I'm happily married to my wonderful husband Chris, and we have two children, Tyler and Ruger. I've spent my whole life around water — swimming, boating, and all kinds of water sports.
After watching my daughter go through ISR lessons at just 11 months old, I was amazed that we had a confident, competent, and safe kiddo. That experience sparked a passion in me to help other families discover this life-saving program. For over 6 years, I've been a proud part of the ISR family.

Unlike group classes, every ISR lesson is just your child and Lauren in the water. Lessons run 4 days a week, 10 minutes per session, at the same time each day — a consistent routine that builds skills fast.
